About this talk

If you want people to change their behaviour after going to a learning event, whether that's an online or a classroom event, they need to take action. In effect, they have a choice: to take action or not to take action.
We can use the new science of nudge theory to architect the choice we offer them, so they are more likely to take action and change their behaviour.
In this talk, Paul will introduce you to some new ideas and offer a simple model for you to become an effective choice architect and nudge behaviour in the desired direction.
