About this talk

The world is changing fast – and in ways we had never anticipated until a few short weeks ago – and this means that we human beings have to find ways to keep pace. The World Economic Forum talks about 60% of current jobs being impacted by some form of automation; with the potential for a 1/3 of current tasks being automated within the next few years. This on its own would be challenging enough, yet now we find ourselves having to deal with change and a new reality that we had not anticipated.

How do we humans prepare and adapt ourselves to continue learning, thriving and evolving in these circumstances? How do we adopt the right mindset and attitudes to continuous learning that will ensure remain motivated and engaged to tackle the future challenges we will encounter?

Nick will share his perspective and insights of how individuals, teams, leaders and organisations can think about this in the months and years ahead.
