Nicholas Gregory is a seasoned sales enablement leader with more than 12 years of sales and international sales enablement experience supporting corporations through sales transformations, establishing sales enablement as a discipline, and launching enablement services that align to organizations' strategic objectives.
He has been invited to present at summits internationally, a guest on podcasts and a guest blog writer on such topics as sales transformation, sales methodology, and improving sales performance through coaching. Nicholas, a native of Oklahoma, USA, is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and has presented throughout Latin America as a spokesperson and in sales training capacities.
Nicholas recently served as Senior Director of Global Sales Enablement at Automation Anywhere, a global leader in robotic process automation. There he & his team were responsible for sales force effectiveness through the development and execution of enablement services and the delivery of sales skills, tools and solution training programs as well as sales coaching and new hire training.
Before joining Automation Anywhere, “Nick” was Director of Global Sales Enablement at Sabre where he built the Global Sales Enablement team from a team of 1 growing it to 14 members and establishing the practice as a strategic discipline. Noted accomplishments are partnering with senior executives and sales leadership to roll out the company's first organization-wide sales methodology and building out a practice of sales coaches to support sustainment, adoption, and reinforcement initiatives.
Prior to Sabre, he served as the Senior Manager of Americas Sales Enablement at Veritas, a global leader in Information Management solutions and services. Nicholas has also held international enablement roles at Symantec and McAfee, both leaders in the cybersecurity industry.
Nick’s professional credentials include a Master of Science in International Business and Economics and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Marketing. He is also certified on global leading Sales Methodologies from Miller Heiman.
