Since the industrial revolution, organizations have used a one-size-fits-all, lecture-based traditional learning model. Using the traditional method, only a small percentage of students in any group succeed, and the bulk get by without fully understanding fundamental ideas.
However, in the current context, businesses of all shapes and sizes must abandon this antiquated method of learning and adopt stricter guidelines for the cultivation of talent and leadership. They are under constant pressure to come up with novel ideas, create tailored lessons, and tailor each lesson to the learning styles, aptitudes, and performance of the individual students.

On this special episode of “The Digital Adoption Show,” Mark Nemeth, Senior Director, Learning and Innovation at PTC, joined us to talk about “How to employ emerging technology to augment established approaches to L&D.”

Mark has worked in learning and development for more than ten years. Along with discussing his job experiences, he also discusses his love of reading, collecting memorabilia, and design.
